Computer aid information pool for blind and visually impaired people

INCOBS is the internet-portal on computer aids for blind and visually impaired people. INCOBS informs about electronic help and conducts neutral product testing.
The service pages contain information about the current range of goods and support users and advisors in choosing the right appropriate aids.

INCOBS is a DIAS project and is sponsored by Bundesministerium für Arbeit und Soziales (Federal Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs).
